Our aim is to get a low environmental impact, in conjoin with nature, with maximum self-sufficiency, that generates optimum quality, variety and reliance products for the consumer.
Ecological Agriculture
A sustainable ecological agriculture is our priority. Fertilising the soil with compost from vegetable residues, manure from animals and the farm’s own worms, a reasonable use of water and the use of renewable energies, are the three pillar on which our philosophy is cemented.
Biodynamic agriculture
We put to practice biodynamic teachings that consider the soil, plants, animals and people as part of one organism in the farm, coexisting in a permanent balance and harmony between them and their surroundings.
